Dr. Dr, give some more bad news!  JE is guilty of one error, growing too quickly!  With one dividend cut vs multiple dividend increases, why would anyone penalize someone for one error, unless you were trying to manipulate the stock down.  The author of the article is a shorter, and my bet is you are too.  One way or the other the company is moving in a positive direction and is undervalued.  If you or others want to short it, be my guest, as I am coming into some funds soon, and would like to buy it cheaper
