Thanx yourkidinright for asking...a dialogue When Rodolfo Francisco Villar Garcia turned over his rights, title and interests to Jorge Rodrigo Lopehandia Cortes, the Chilean Courts accept the transition as an "assignment of title", like in a warranty deed on real estate, guaranteeing title. Until next May, 2014 MSX needs to clean up the past history of Rodolfo. I obtained my Utah Real Estate Salesman License back in the 1970s, so the transfer of title between Rodolfo and Jorge is simple.
yourkidinright has asked and challenged Jorge in important areas because the "Lopehandia Cortes" name was nowhere until 2000, a time when Rodolfo Francisco Villar Garcia wanted to get his $1 Million, like what his attorney Alejandro Moreno Prohens received on March 4, 1997 ($546,000) from ABX on mining claims next to Mina Pascua. In my professional opinion, Rodolfo didn't care what anyone else wanted. Rodolfo wanted his $1 Million. Attorneys were retained. A claim was filed in the Courts.
IMO a verbal agreement was made between Rodolfo and the "Lopehandia Cortes Family" (brothers living in Colorado, Vancouver and Santiago) to finance the filing of a complaint within the four year statute of limitation period (June, 1997 is when Rodolfo obtained a copy of the 3/4/1997 Agreement with John Lill) to restore the dissolved Mina Pascua 8600 Hector staking by Rodolfo by the Chilean Government. The Chilean attorneys created a "story" and filed the Complaint, creating the Restraining Order on the property. No one can be on the property since 2001.
The only person who obtained a "written agreement" with Jorge Rodrigo Lopehandia Cortes between 2000 - 2005 was myself in 2003. All other agreements were verbal, because Jorge's Family agreement with Rodolfo was verbal.
After my trip to South America in April, 2004, obtaining copies of the Florida criminal records of Orcalino Eneias of Brasilia (as an agent for the Brazilian President) and contacts with several professionals and investors in Chile, Argentina, Brazil and elsewhere, the attorneys for Rodolfo got concerned about my signed agreement in Vancouver back in 2003.
So on January 19, 2005 before a Notary Public Copiapó, Chile, Rodolfo Villar is connected to the following Chileans concerning the Mina Pascua property in a legal and binding parftnership:
Cristobal Hugo Lopehandia Cortes
Hugo Osvaldo Garcia Diaz
Rolf Sommer Sulfrian
When Brent Johnson traveled to Santiago, Chile for the first time in June, 2011, willing to pay $1.8 Billion for 50% ownership of the 8600 Hector property, Rodolfo was convinced he could get no better deal.
Since Brent's trip, Brent has been very wise in working through attorneys.
