RE: its the land huh

RE: its the land huh

Iamwcw, you seem to know things that only  an insider would know. Being an insider is the only way you would know some of the info that you do. It almost appears that you are intentionally trying to drive the share price down, so you can scoop all the shares and take over the company at a bargain basement price. If you are an insider trying to drive the share price down in the hopes of taking over the company, I hope the rath of the Venture Exchange come down hard on you.

I still think this company has a future. But only if there is a recap and a management change. The company still has value of $36mm. Less the debt of approx $19mm leaves approx $17 mm of value. That is still approx 70 cents per share. The ex Anglo lands are worth nothing so it does not matter when they expire. The true value is in the Bigoray Niton fairway.

But the current management team has to go. John McAdam has done nothing except erode value for 3 years. He is not the guy to take the company forward. Isn`t he an ex mining geologist with little or no oil and gas experience in Western Canada.

My question is, why is the Board of Directors letting McAdam and his motely bunch continue on. They should have pulled the pin on this management team by now. If they do not do so soon, creditors will be pushing this one into receivership. Then we shareholders will get very little.

Is anyone planning to attend the AGM and ask McAdam some tough questions.
