thx for the response terry....I've been involved in a few companies with "disruptive" technology and cutting edge medical research...ie: stemcell/genetics etc. LOL.......you have to be a believer for sure! No matter what, I look to management. And it usually still doesnt pay....at least in my experience!!

 Anyways, some companies are excellent at communication and others are rather pathetic. If theres nothing to say, just let me know....I can accept that. If there was no particular reason for the huge increase in volume last week, so be it......I guess it was just an anomaly. lol
