Khareema, Could it be that Veoila saw an opportunity when they got to know that Ort was in trouble to meet their deadlines? On the other hand, they do have a JV, which is probably sufficient to entitle them to a position on the board. In any case, it seems that this is positive as why would they go on the board if they had a feeling this did not work. Mind you, they get paid to wait too! :)
