Humboldt-Toiyabe National Forest...

Humboldt-Toiyabe National Forest...

Funny I can't seem to find 'Gryphon Gold' or 'Borealis Mining' or Borealis Mining LLC' and their 'modified plan of operations' permit mentioned anywhere on the U.S. Forest Service online schedule of porposed actions... online back to mid-2011... anyone else find it?...

https://www.fs.fed.us/sopa/forest-level.php?110417

GGN March 1 2013:

"While the water pollution control permit was issued by the State of Nevada in the fourth quarter of 2012, the main overriding permit, the modified plan of operations, continues to be under review by the United States Forest Service and the Nevada Department of Environmental Protection."

Am I missing something here?
