Well my glass is half empty

This news contradicts want they have said in the past

Ok things change. I can live with that BUT

To me they are going out of their way to keep the share low

Why keep everything a big secret???

Just giving out the news that the white paper has been completed

Will drive the share price

Just giving out the news that that chips have been completed

Will drive the share price

Just giving out the news that Companies A, B, C  have been given the chips and expect to respond in 30 days or whatever

Will drive the share price

BUT no we will get nothing but the final low ball offer

Probably 1.5 to 2 times the stock price at the time.
