You are right parks how quickly things can turn.  TGZ may have the Trump card with the mill but it looks like OLE is holding a Royal Flush with their gold.  TGZ does not want a fight with both MDL and OLE so as you said a friendly now seems more likely with OLE.  I do happen to agree with TGZ as far as MDL wanting to add 3 board members.  Why and how do they justify this, because they own 16%?  It would be like TGZ telling Chet hey we own 13% of your outstanding so we are going to add 3 of our guys to your board.  I don't think so. This new MDL news may expedite negotiations a bit between OLE and TGZ.  A deal by the 4th of july at a premium from the .582 would be nice. Thanks parks.
