I wouln't worry about an extended spring break-up. Weyburn RM removed their road restrictions in early may. I'm not sure about other RM's but I expect the wouldn't be far behind. Have a read on page 15 https://issuu.com/weyburnreviews/docs/black_gold

I think RPL has learned their lesson that its better to promise small & deliver big. I'm confident Q2 will show that.
