The licenses cover an area with an intracratonic basin in the Amazon Cratin, emplaced over crystalline basement rocks of the Jamari metamorphic complex and Mesoproterozoic Rapakivi granites. Its Ariquemes Tin Project comprises a land package in Brazil.

In my opinion the chances of this RM deal being done in the next week or so are virtually nill. There is as much to be dealt with in a limitied am amount of time and I would be shocked if this was suddenly a done deal. I have no information from the AGM to back this assumption, simply the way the discussion was going it sounded more like negotiations were still underway.

This is not a bad thing, as from what I understand we truly are in a very good position at this time, and to force the deal now could result in poor terms such as excessive dilution, high interest, etc.

This has to be approached as a deal that would be great if it were to happen, but not a necessity. We already own an piece of property with very high grade Mn that can be mined we cannot put the cart before the horse.
