RE: RE: TGZ needs OLE evn more now

That's the idea Mallard.  This has been more than a long road for many of us.  One has to believe that both companies should be entering serious negotiations soon if they are not in them already. As you said the sooner we get to producing gold the better.  I believe Chet will settle for a bit more than the offer knowing that the synergies will take care of the earnings this combination will produce.  Once the earnings power is seen then the true value will be realized. I hate to repeat myself but I will.  TGZ made $45 million in q1 producing 68k ounces and selling them for $1090 per ounce as they were eliminating their hedge.  They sold it at $1090 and made that much.  I am guessing that they must have an all in cost of around $850 or so per ounce. Can you imagine what they could make producing 350k ounces per year and selling the gold at a conservative $1300? There are lots of variables to consider but I can see a combined tgz/ole (by then it will just be tgz) easily trading north of $1.50 a year from now.  Possibly higher if gold finally breaks out. Comments?
