What it means is Investment Bankers taking advantage of a situation of "No Concrete News" leaving a vacuum. And spammers pumping "ta da moon!" causing us bagholders to hold on afraid we'll miss the blast off and other fraidy cats buying high and selling low.

So they run it up and they run it down. Just a few million shares going back and forth.

I hope it ends soon.
