RE: RE: RE: RE: i'm looking for answers Hey Razmot, There are a few big gaps in the hypothesis that you are advancing. In order for your assumptions to happen, their will have to be a large number of shareholders who will be selling supershares or 'lots' of 50 shares...have you checked the trade volume lately...divede that current volume by 50 and that will reveal exactly how many SHs are willing to part with or buy KWG shares. My assumption is that the buyers are tired and tapped out of their investment $$$, but they are still not willing to sell the KWG holdings. So if you are to postulate this doom and gloom outcome of the share price being driven down...tell us how exactly is this going to happen...are the institutional buyers going to flip hundreds or thousands of shares for a profit eqivalent to half a penny per share or are they going to pick up as many as possible and hang on to them like we are all doing. I think your mixing to much of your fear into your expectations and as such significantly reducing their validity or the likelihood of their ultimate occurence. I personally think that the volume of supershares that will be traded might be even lower than the single shares being traded, except by those institutional buyers who want to get in for the long haul...at that will create a significant amount of demand. I also think (assumption with evidence) that Frank already has interested investors and that is why he is preserving the process of the vote in order to make sure that it goes through...he really only has one chance at this, at it is my strong assumption that he wants to make it payoff...JMHO... Good luck to all KWG LONGS...Pear3
