this is a very big deal, in March the judge passed in favour and the family can now sell the land, unfortunately not all the family agree. the whole cardero project hinges on this (which should have sorted from the start), so 3 years work and shareholder money is now sitting there hands tied and we can only watch the LVN share price goes to its true value, ie cash plus an an asset that can't be utilised so valued at ZERO.

management have to do something or shareholders have to exert pressure. one can only wonder if the land owns are playing a game, at the end of the day they are in control.
