Final permit near?
Final permit near? Looks like insiders are starting to pick up a few shares on the TSX so I'm hoping that means the final permit is about a month away. Once that happens look to someone like Hud Bay ((already holds 23,058,585 shares) to add to their position or even attempt a takeover before the stock gets too high.
