The board of directors - time for a change

The board of directors - time for a change

I am sorry, I can say with certainity tthis stock is my worst performer. This stock keeps getting diluted by employees being rewarded new shares or valiant shareholders getting shares. There is no dividend in the stock, so the only motivation for holding it is capital gain through share price increases.

The market has spoken and they do not think this stock is worth 3.00. If I was offered 2.50, I would sell and move on. I blame the board of directors. They are responsible to ensure the right people are in place to drive share price. Now you people who say look at all they have done with the valiant purchase. I call it hogwash. If the market seen value, we would be over 3.00. We can't even break 2.00.

I certainly like to see the company go up for sale. I would sell at 2.50, pocket a little return, but at least get my captial back.

To the board of directors, please do something to drive the price of these shares up. All I see is dilution of my shares. Please speak to the share price. I think you must agree the performance has been less than stellar.
