Sherbrooke1, I agree with your thinking. Also, looking at the debt and the number of wells drilled from Q1 (2012) to Q1 (2013) the company has drilled 75 (68 + 20 - 13). The cost factor on these wells would be  75 x $835,000 = $62,625,000 less debt increase of approx. $ 44 million high side = over $18 million in paid off equipment in the year. If you take into account the $$$ the company spent on infrastructure of the operational facilities the Company has paid for $30 Million of equipment alone in the year. I was never in the oil business, but their figures look impress to me and if the company does not sell, I believe that it will wipeout their "deficit" of just over $6M and become a mid cap by the end of this year. On aother note, I have asked the question if the Company is considering dividends in the near future and the reply that I received was ?. Also, the question of the AGM intrigues me if they are obligated to have the AGM by "Aug 24th as previously read here", I would think an annoucement of this meeting would have to be released by mid July at the latest and if that is the case, Capital Budget/ Guidance report should be released as well. I assume that a deal is close and that is why this information (confidentiality agreements) has been withheld IMHO and "hope".
