There is chatter  about a take over   of TLAB,    Tellabs.  This is a turnaround story on increased    phone  infrastructure spending   by  Fortune 1000  companies. 

The company is  an attractive take out candidate with choppy earnings.  Reporting     in    July.  If we see  another break     past 2.30  to  2.35 resistance it  could  mean   a leak  .
