RE: RE: To sell or not to sell, that

Iradesso just came out with an Interim iQ report comparing junior and intermediate O&G companies.  Some interesting comparisons with Novus and RR.  They used the 2012 year end numbers to calculate a simplified NAV (only assigning undeveloped land at $125 acre).  Using those calculations and the trading price as of April 30th, RR was trading at a 39% premium to NAV while NVS was trading at a 51% discount.  Calculated NAVs were $1.68 for NVS and $2.68 for RR.  Only 7 companies were trading at a premium to NAV - they were Freehold, Bonterra, DeeThree, Stategic, RR, PineCliff, and RMP.

For Enterprise value vs. Reserves ($/BOE), RR was the second highest out of all Juniors at $34.08 (only Freehold was higher at $68.19).  NVS was $9.49.
