The reason the company initiated the dividend in the first place was to create value because they thought the stock market was undervaluing the company. So why would the stock market all of sudden give proper value to the stock if there is no dividend? TORC has no dividend and it's price is way down and ditto for ATH and Legacy. So i'm failing to see anyone's logic for a dividend cut unless there are financial problems we don't know about. Thx
