Clarification
Clarification .... Wairtingstill, this one is for you!!!! Pure speculation! I have said this in various ways, but maybe this is not clear to many. I am only guessing as I have not called or emailed the BCSC on this. But being that BGM is under a CTO any and all comments that the BCSC makes with regards to this report are probably / or need to be cleared before and actual report is accepted. The number of letters that companies get for clarification is not uncommon in the least. The companies do not have to disclose these letters, unless directed to by the BCSC. The difference here is that BGM is in the Dog house and in purely my opinion probably trying to state some out of the reality global resource number!
