robn, so the "Gringoes" are the entire reason that so much of South America is a mess?  You are nothing but a dumb racist.

 

Open your eyes and look around.  The countries in South America that have turned to free enterprise are thriving.  The countries that have turned to socialism are poor, and the people are suffering.  If you were not such a racist, maybe you could see the truth.
