Read the information circular, but make sure you have an empty stomach or you may hurl all over yourself.  Board members making more than $80,000 per year, and that doesn't count the steak dinners, wine, cigars, luxury hotel rooms, first class travel, and other perks at shareholder expense.  Every quarter we see a decrease in sales, marketing, and R&D expenses, and of course revenue, and an increase in board fees, consultants and attorney fees. Glad to see some of the pigs are no longer at the trough, but more need to go.  This company is a mess and I'm glad I sold most of my shares already.  They should be ashamed.  Here is a challenge for the next earnings call. What specific contribution did the board member make to the company's success to receive their $80K?  Eating a steak and burping and passing gas through a board meeting doesn't count.  Just close it down and distribute the cash to shareholders before it's all gone.
