Couldn't agree with you more M139 

As AHC’s group of management sits around the office month after month without so much as a peep of news of what they are doing to build shareholder value, one would have to think they would at least be able to submit compliant financials for the Securities Commission/Stock Exchange.  It is becoming more and more apparent as each day passes this group seems to be very limited in their abilities to follow what is required of them. 

I keep kicking myself for not bailing when I saw the news release the last Chief Financial Officer resigned a year or so ago;  that is usually a very good indication that company issues may be in its near future.  Obviously the CFO saw something she didn’t like, and now we are all paying the penalty for listening to what Todd and Charles kept promoting about the company they lead.  

Has anyone heard back from Todd or Charles in the last few months?
