HI HO SILVER RESOURCES APPOINTS NEW BOARD MEMBER

Hi Ho Silver Resources Inc. has appointed Vern Stromkins to the company's board of directors. Mr. Stromkins has over four decades of commercial banking experience and has been involved in both public and private companies.

He was also one of the founding shareholders/directors of two capital pool companies and acted as a chief financial officer for these companies. Mr. Stromkins is considered to be financially literate and will become a member of the audit committee. Mr. Stromkins was added to the board to help the company as it continues to develop its business.
