Todd got back to me just to say that once you're delisted the exchange makes you submit a bunch of paperwork including director PIF's.  He figured they would know where they are at by the end of the week.

The one thing I would like to know is what we are worth to someone on a blow out liquidation sale.  I have to think someone would pay 5 mill for all of the property.  I'd take that and run.  This is slow and painful.
