Do not disagree with you on any of your comments.  My point was that Correa has been a better president for Ecuador than any in the recent past.  Ecuador economy and GDP growth have improved significantly under his presidency.

 

Agree that Ecuador got too greedy in its negotiations with Kinross.  DMM has much better terms with its concessions.

 

The ONLY positive spin I can put on Ecuador not being able to complete a successful deal with Kinross is that DMM no longer has to worry about Kinross and others being able to steal their trained employees...
