I retract some of what I just said, I just checked the CTO database and guess what, the CTO was revoked on May 31 when the financials were filed. So, why has IIROC not sent out a revocation notice? This cannot be legal for Todd to keep the halt under false pretense. No matter how you try and spin this, someone is not doing their job, that is now blatantly obvious.
