BZA should not be on TSX, it should be on some obscure mareket...not TSX nor vVenture...Tsx Should have a rule like inAmex or one of the US market where the share price needs to be sustained at some levle or else the company is kicked off the listing!...this dilution cr ap is baloney!!>
