You are probably right that today's decent volume has nothing to do with anything significant.  On the other hand, today's action is out of the ordinary so it is not out of the question.  If (big if) something were coming, don't you think that someone with prior knowledge would try to take advantage of this?  Certainly risky to do, but this is Canada, after all, where the regulators have no teeth.

So, my point is not to make much of the event but not to discount it.  I am sure that you do take it into consideration.  Also, you seem to comment negatively anytime someone thinks out loud here.  Is this an attempt to make yourself look smarter than the rest of us, or simply because you are easily upset by trivia?  Just asking.
