Why would they pay $75 million when they could probably get it by offering less than $50 million? Do you see a white knight coming along and counter offering? It would be safe to predict that the majority of BYV investors would throw in the towel if they could get even 50 cents for their shares (I know I would). Sure, I'd love to get a buck but why would NGD pay more if they don't need to? I hate to be so negative on BYV but I'm just trying to keep investors grounded by giving them a dose of reality...........as a wise old man told me once...."do you want half a loaf of bread or no loaf at all?"
