What about the thought that they have secured long term contracts for all rigs and they are now in a position to be profitable for the next 3 to 5 years?  Too much of the glass is half full?

Going private is not something I would like to see, they could always sell to the likes of Canacol or another large company who would benefit from a consulting and rig workover company.
