RE: High salaries Hi Linus, Thanks for drawing that to my attention. I'd better begin by introducing myself: I have been a shareholder for some time (previously Avion) and am very happy with the performance of the company - if not its share price of late! I started my own thread on Avion/Endeavour on this UK BB: https://www.stockopedia.co.uk/content/avion-gold-corp-66033/ V happy with the T/O and operational performance since. Been watching this BB for a while but hadn't previously registered. I agree that the compo is on the high side... but it's notable that it's REDUCED considerably over the last 3 yrs. NW was on US$3.4m in 2010 - now US$2m; ex-COO Connelly got US$2.2m in 2011; his replacement, Attie Roux got US$1.0 in 2012. Milau the CFO is down from $1.4m in 2011 to $0.8m in 2012. Other executives have also seen their comp. reduced by similar large amounts. NB this info. is in the annual management information circular - not the quarterly report. So: pay is still high but heading in the right direction. Also worth noting that in the event of a T/O of Avion, mgmt gets 10% of anything in excess of C$2.32/share that is obtained. Cheers, Mark
