not matter blue or not I believe Dundee wouldn't give it up.

if they can't win through the proxy battle they can easily take the company over by buying them out considering how much they had invested and what the market it is right now. so that they can stop the company from selling the Sunshine.

I m confident blue will win its place then the strategic review. the company will be sold out soon but most of the shareholders won't make money.
