75 Mil for Development and 25 mil for working capital. Dividends aren't classed as working capital not to mention the fact it's a term loan which wouldn't allow for such abuse. Seriously does anyone here actually read the financial statements? They have enough cash to pay dividend without taking into account the increase from May production.
