This is great news. Basically the conditions reveal the frustration with the financiers (these guys want to see uplift in sp also). They understand that the sp tanked because of not only funding issues, but production numbers were not as anticipated (we should've been producing 40k/yr by now). There was a lot of things which could've been done better and more effectively.  This would have also avoided shotty external financing just to stay afloat.  It is a given that one of the conditions was also for Chris Berlet to exit. I don't mind these guys owning a larger stakehold. This keeps management on a leash.
