The Fund primarily invests in debt instruments. The Fund also invests in corporate bonds of the United States and/or foreign issuers, United States government securities, foreign government securities, mortgage-backed securities and other securitized instruments of United States and/or foreign issuers, and/or debt instruments of issuers located in emerging market countries. Baker bought the shares off of Miles who exercised options to buy from the treasury ( roughly the same amount ).  Probably the only way to quickly get shares in volume at $3.50 ahead of the whale that entered today at $3.75.  I imagine it is some investment house getting in with size at $3.75.  This situation looks very very good for further growth in the share price.  I am in on Monday.
