and  the  main reason  the  banks  are withholding  money  is because  the gov  didnt  clean up out loss laws  govening   companys  on the stock  exchange   i said  on another board 3 years  ago  europe was geting impatient  with our looss wild west  style.. and  they told us .. now harpers  geting it  again...  thats  what  they are yaking  about...    but now  harper  has to listen ....  as  he sees  the banks  are doing it for him  by simply withholding  money  and  they found safer  ways to be on  the market  with  the etf .  etc  etc....they  just  got  tired  of    having  realy no  way to know  if  the companys  they invest  in are full  of it  or  not.....even  they  found it  hard...and  went  realy making much money  ...  maybee harper will get  the mesage  i dont  know  ...
