Cline assets to be sold for scraps

Cline assets to be sold for scraps

Word is Cline's assets are to be sold for scraps when bankruptcy proceedings begin. Delisting has already occurred and the company's bankruptcy orders are now just starting to ramp up. In typical senior management fashion most key execs have already resigned and cleared out their stuff from the offices. Interesting to watch from the sidelines, but I couldnt ever personally invest in a company that was basically declared bankrupt over a year ago. The coal that couldnt be sold will be given away (its worth cents on the dollar) and the fixed assets (or whatever is left) will be sold off to pay creditors. Haven't heard anything from shane lately but hopefully he took my previous advice and found a good personal bankruptcy lawyer. He called me a moron when I said it would go down to $0.01 months ago - who's the moron now? But as CIBC says.....'you're richer than you think'  :)
