RE: Promising Outlook for MOK

RE: Promising Outlook for MOK

hello Imerc,

Thanks for the nice Moss Lake overview, very detailed. Good comparison with other projects.

But why won't you opt for Wesdome instead of Moss Lake? While Moss Lake might indeed hide a huge potential, from an investing point of view the risks are also present and with Wesdome owning 60% of Moss Lake, I feel that Wesdome is giving a much better and conservative approach.

As a Wesdome shareholder you are cashing in on the Moss Lake upside in the scenario's you describes, but also would give you a nice cushion in case Moss does not take off! Wesdome is already a producer, generates free cash flow and should show profitability later this year at current gold prices and has with its mothballed Kiena mine a very strong leverage to future gold prices. So you are taking the upside from Moss Lake but skipping on the downside and liquidity risk.

Think Wesdome is the way forward if you believe in Moss Lake.
