New 52 Week Low---.46 Here we go again and boy is this puzzling to say the least . Oil is up and the market is up over 100 points yet we continue to fall. Something sure does not add up here and it feels as if the other shoe is about to fall here. I hope we do not sell like SCS for pennies.
