fact is also that you actually need to concider that a possible buyer wil only be able to start deploying the mine within a couple of years. So, commodities are low now + the political situation is bad in Argentina at the moment but that alone will not determine the price. Prices of copper (and other metals) will go up as the economie improves (slowly but it improves) and the current goverment of Argentina cannot continue to treat the private sector as it is now. A possible buyer knows this.
