Oiljars..this is the best no risk oil play I have ever seen...already have a Chinese partner in their Seal heavy oil play...will be back to old high of $26.00 in less than 12 months   I have previously made a ton of money with Rick George of Suncor and Alan Markin of CNQ who are now running the show
