Phew thats a sigh of relief since it will be sold from my utilities ETF once it rebalances. ALK - since management has destroyed this company and brought it to the brink of bankruptcy they have been trying everything to protect their jobs. I didnt even know the board had any challengers to take their spot - but maybe they do?? Personally I would vot against anything current management suggested -- including (well especially) them keeping their jobs.
