The payout ratio including the recent acquisition what they estimated would be something around 90%, not very attractive. Their business model is stable (receive the rents and no operational risk). That is about it, in other words no upside surprise. I perfer HOT.UN at this overvalue price $11. Do not forget they did a private placement at a price made small investors like you and me heartbroken ($10.35), even though at that time the REITs were hot. I think they will do it again in the near future.
