That is also the way I understand it. The cash position of TLN is more than the price they offered to buy.

May be I don't understand what they really meant. ( excluding the cash position of  TLN !) I on't mind  to pay  10$ to buy a company if they already have 15$ in the drawer. Anyway in couple of days when everything become clearer we would understand the details, from the company or from any poster knowlegible to firgure out the real meaning of this deal. One thing I don't understand why there is a clause in the agreement peventing TLN to seek another better price from any company who might also be interested to buy TLN?  Any comments?
