Hi Mer,

So since Cyr was not responsible for the poor engineering why did he become undesireable?  Clearly the engineering was awful .... if the engineer was not fired ... then the supervisory management is responsible are they not?

If you drilled 3 dry wells in a row, and your supervisor didn't do anything about it ... I'm pretty sure more than one person would be looking for new employment.

This fiasco feels like the Calgary Flames ... filling roster spots with old wheels who have never won a ring, and young wheels who have never won a championship.  Losing begets losing.
