TBE's Hedging
TBE's Hedging Welcome aboard Rajags. I have also been adding TBE recently and it has become one of my top three holdings along with RE and CNR. Assuming current wcs pricing holds in the 80's... the biggest headwind I see for sp in the short term are the Q3 wcs hedges but after Q3 they have less of an effect on cash flow. The hedge strategy performed brilliantly in Q1 and with current wcs pricing tbe will likely add some higher priced contracts. With wcs currently trading around $89, Q2 is looking to finish strong and Q3 and Q4 cap ex will likely be ramped up with YTD wcs approaching $4 over guidance.
