Cobalt,  Please read the press release or completely read the report.  I am pretty sure I saw that the resource includes the high grade where it fit to be included.  They made a statement as to the fact that it was usable as underground mining potential.  I am sure that when they floated a pit on this, the strip ratio would;d not support a deeper pit.  

  The BCSC didn't stop Snowden etal from using the benches.  I would just about Guarantee you that the BCSC had only issues with verbiage, capping, etc....  
 

The benches never existed as reported in the previous report.... Not as reported anyway.  A HUGE error had occurred in the use of the software IMO.  

 

Look at the new report, look at the block models.... You do not see grade in the block model that would support the benches.  Either this report or the other report is garbage?  Which do you think is real?
