RE: RE: wow deadhead warrior

Hello UD. The AGM meeting today is procedural only as they all are so I wouldn't expect anything of substance from it. The song remains the same and that is getting the deal done they referenced in yesterday's news release and in previous releases.

Apparently the mez lender thought it was in their best interests to demand payment next week. Maybe they too were tired of waiting for a deal and thought it would speed things up by taking that approach? An aggressive approach but it may very well have that net effect in the end.

I lobbed a call in to TLC yesterday after the release and left a message. JM was gracious enough as usual to return my call and he seemed confident that while taking longer than they would like, they are pursuing the correct course for shareholder value and the long term health of the comapny. Certain things are out of their control such as legal reviews etc but he also made it clear there is no guarantee a deal will get done as stated in the news release so nothing new there.

Although he disagreed with the approach, he didn't sound panicked re mez deadline and is more focused on hopefully wrapping up of deal in the hopper sooner rather than later to make the mez moot. Timing of a potential deal being done is unfortnately out of their hands at this point and anyone's guess, but remains the primary focus.

While not a lot new here, all of the above are my impressions only so I'd encourage anyone with a real interest and call TLC themselves.

Best of luck to all longs..
